How should I prepare vegetables for juicing?
Cut them into chunks small enough to easily slip down the feeding chute. Root vegetables should be cut into ½” pieces.
When juicing leafy greens or wheatgrass, we recommend rolling or folding them up before feeding into the chute.
To avoid them jamming the juicer, alternate with other fruits or vegetables. Cut stringy vegetables into ½” pieces to prevent them tangling in the mechanism.
