Shopping with Fridja

Orders

We reserve the right to decline orders when necessary, such as due to availability, pricing or description errors, or delivery restrictions. Ashara Living (F.Z.E) is not liable for indirect or specific losses related to a declined order.

Product Descriptions

We take great care to describe our products accurately, but slight variations in colour may occur based on your device settings. Product specifications, prices, and services may change at any time without prior notice.

Order Cancellations

You’re welcome to cancel your order before dispatch. We will provide a full refund minus any applicable handling fees.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may incur return delivery charges.

Please contact us if delivery details need updating. Changes are subject to approval and may incur additional delivery costs.

Formation of Contract and Governing Law

Once we confirm your order by email, a contract is formed between you and Ashara Living (F.Z.E).

This contract is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and applicable UAE Federal Laws. Both parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Ajman Courts.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday to Saturday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Saturday are dispatched on Monday.

Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery within the UAE is free of charge.

If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Returns and Cancellations

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition with packaging and accessories intact.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Return delivery fees apply unless the return is due to a fault or delivery error.

Maintenance and Fair Use Policy

To keep your Fridja products performing well and covered under warranty, regular maintenance is required:

• Clothes Steamers: For home use, descale once per month. For light commercial use, descale weekly. Steamers are designed for home and light-commercial use up to 2 hours daily. Continuous use beyond this limit may void warranty coverage.

• Juicers and Blenders: Clean thoroughly after each use. Products are designed for home use for up to 30 minutes daily.

All products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or failure to follow maintenance instructions. Where products are found not to have been properly maintained, warranty claims may be declined and collection or disposal fees may apply.

Free Gift Policy

Orders qualifying for a free gift must meet the minimum spend specified at checkout in AED, after any discounts or promotions are applied.

If a return reduces the total order value below the qualifying threshold, the retail value of the free gift at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund unless the gift is returned unused and in original packaging.

Free gifts must be returned with the order in the case of a full return to receive a full refund.

Exclusive Deals and Bundle Policy

Exclusive deals and bundles are sold as combined offers at discounted pricing.

Partial Returns

If one or more items from a bundle are returned, remaining items revert to their standard price and refunds are adjusted accordingly.

Complete Returns

Bundles must be returned in full to qualify for a complete refund.

Free Gifts in Bundles

If a bundle includes a free gift, the gift’s retail value at the time of purchase will be deducted from refunds unless returned unused and in original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from product fault or delivery error.
