Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:

• Pricing or description errors
• Stock shortages
• Payment or credit approval issues
• Shipping or regulatory restrictions

Ashara Living (F.Z.E) shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from declined or delayed orders.

Pricing and Payment

Wholesale pricing is provided separately to approved partners and may change without prior notice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Orders must be paid in full before dispatch
• Payment terms must be agreed in advance for credit accounts
• Goods remain property of Ashara Living (F.Z.E) until payment is received in full

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch and with written approval.

If production, packing, or shipping has commenced, cancellation may incur handling, restocking, or logistics costs.

Custom or special-order products cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Formation of Contract and Governing Law

A binding contract is formed once your wholesale order is accepted in writing by Ashara Living (F.Z.E).

All contracts are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and applicable UAE Federal Laws.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Ajman Courts.

Delivery & Shipping

Shipping terms, timelines, and charges are agreed per order or via separate trade agreements.

Estimated dispatch times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed to the carrier or collected from our warehouse.

Any delivery discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

Returns and Damaged Goods

Wholesale buyers must inspect goods upon arrival.

Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Returns require prior written approval and a Return Authorization.

Returns due to ordering errors or unsold stock are not accepted unless agreed in writing.

Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.

Wholesale customers are responsible for return shipping unless goods are confirmed defective.

Warranty and Maintenance Responsibility

All Fridja appliances include a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Wholesale partners are responsible for:

• Providing proper product guidance to customers
• Ensuring maintenance instructions are followed
• Managing customer support in their territory unless otherwise agreed

Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, commercial overuse, or improper maintenance.

Compliance and Resale Responsibilities

Wholesale partners are responsible for compliance with local regulations, import requirements, and resale obligations within their markets.

Products must not be modified or resold in a way that misrepresents the Fridja brand.
