A fresh green juice with a spicy kick. Apple and cucumber keep it light, coriander and lime make it fresh, and the chilli brings the heat.
Makes: about 2 to 3 glasses (around 600ml). Prep: 10 minutes.
How to make it
- Core the apples and cut them into quarters.
- Cut the cucumbers into lengths that fit the feed chute.
- Wash the coriander, stalks and all.
- Peel the lime if you'd like a less bitter juice.
- Deseed the chilli and wash your hands afterwards.
- Feed the coriander and chilli in between the apple and cucumber, then stir and serve.
Tips and swaps
Leave the chilli seeds in for more heat, or use half a chilli if you're unsure. You can make it milder by using just one cucumber and adding another apple.
