½ small watermelon, peeled & chopped
25 blueberries

A sweet, summery juice. Watermelon makes it light and refreshing, mango gives it body and the blueberries add colour.
Makes: about 3 glasses (around 750ml). Prep: 10 minutes.
How to make it
- Cut the watermelon into wedges, take off the rind and cut the flesh into chunks.
- Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the stone.
- Wash the blueberries.
- Feed the mango and blueberries in between the watermelon chunks.
- Stir and serve cold.
Tips and swaps
Chill the watermelon before juicing for a colder glass. Mango makes a thick juice, so add more watermelon if you'd like it thinner. A squeeze of lime balances the sweetness.
