250g spinach
2 onions, peeled & chopped

A savoury vegetable juice. Red pepper makes it sweet, spinach adds a fresh green taste and onion gives it a sharp bite.
Makes: about 2 small glasses (around 400ml). Prep: 10 minutes.
How to make it
- Deseed the peppers and cut them into strips.
- Peel the onions and cut them into quarters.
- Wash the spinach and press it into small bundles.
- Feed the spinach in between the pepper and onion.
- Stir and serve.
Tips and swaps
Two onions make a strong juice. Start with one, or use red onions, which are milder. A tomato or a carrot adds sweetness, and a pinch of black pepper brings out the flavour.
