What's Included

• Return postage to UK mainland (additional postage applies for non-mainland UK and international addresses). Please note you will need to ship the oven to us at your own cost.

• A 6-month warranty covering repairs and replacements.

How it Works

1. Purchase the Service: Add this repair service to your basket and complete the checkout process.

2. Receive the Servicing Form: We’ll email you the form straight away after your purchase. Fill it out with your details.

3. Prepare Your Oven: Ensure the oven is fully clean along with all the parts. Include the completed form with your Oven, along with any faulty parts that need repair or replacement*. Do not include accessories such as trays etc.

Please ensure the oven is packed in a strong, sturdy box with sufficient protective packaging surrounding the entire unit.

It is important that the oven is well protected on all sides to prevent any damage during transit. If the item is returned with inadequate packaging and is damaged in transit as a result, we will not be able to offer a repair or replacement.

4. Ship Your Oven at your own cost: Send your package to our servicing centre (address provided on the form).

5. Receive Your Repaired Oven: Repairs are completed within 10–14 working days of receipt.
