3. Prepare Your Blender: Include the completed form with your f500 blender, along with any faulty parts that need repair or replacement. Only send the blender base and relevant parts—do not include additional accessories such as cups or lids unless they are faulty.

4. Ship Your Blender: Send your package to our servicing centre (address provided on the form).

5. Receive Your Repaired Blender: Repairs are completed within 10–14 working days of receipt.
