Changed Your Mind? (Private Individual Sales Only)

If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! Just return the item within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll provide a refund. Please make sure your return is unopened, unused, and includes all Fridja accessories and packaging.

If we receive the item, and it’s been opened, a small 10% repacking fee will be deducted. For any items that have been used, a 25% deduction will apply.

You’re responsible for the safe return, including tracking and postage, until it reaches us. Just get in touch for a returns number before sending anything back—we’ll make it easy!

 

Purchased Through a Marketplace or Third Party?

If your item was purchased through a marketplace or third-party seller, please contact them directly to arrange any returns or exchanges. They will handle your request according to their own policies.

 

Missing Parts or Items?

If something is missing from your delivery, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll sort it out and send any missing parts your way. If it’s been longer than 48 hours, we might not be able to replace items free of charge, so don’t hesitate to reach out quickly!

 

Received a Faulty Item?

If you notice any issues with your item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery so we can fix it right away. For items delivered outside the UK, we’ll need to receive the faulty item back first before issuing a refund. Shipping costs will be the sender’s responsibility, so we recommend using a tracked service.

All our products (excluding parts) come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If any faults arise within that time, we’ll repair or replace the item—or refund you if a replacement isn’t possible.

If a fault occurs within three months of delivery, we’ll cover the shipping for the return and replacement. Beyond this period, we’re unable to cover return costs. For items outside the UK, returns may also be needed for repair, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender.

Replacement parts are covered with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

 

Need to Cancel?

If you’d like to cancel an order, just reach out before it reaches our distribution centre. We’ll refund you for the product, with any handling or logistics costs considered. If the order is already on its way, cancellations may incur delivery and return fees. If you need to update any details like your delivery address, phone number, or other information, let us know, and we’ll do our best to help. Changes may incur a small fee and are subject to approval.

 If your goods happen to arrive damaged, please tell us within 24 hours and include photos if possible. We’ll quickly assess the issue and arrange for a collection, replacement, or refund as needed.

Refunds are always sent to the original payment method and usually take 7-10 business days to process.
