Orders
We reserve the right to decline orders when necessary, such as due to availability, pricing or description errors, or shipping restrictions. Fridja Ltd. is not liable for indirect or specific losses related to a declined order.

We take great care to describe our products accurately, but slight variations in colour may occur based on your device. Product specifications, prices, and services may change at any time without prior notice.
Order Cancellations
You’re welcome to cancel your order before it reaches our distribution warehouse. We’ll provide a full refund minus any applicable handling fees. If your order is already in transit, cancellation may incur return shipping fees. Please let us know if you need to update delivery details; changes are subject to approval and may incur costs.
Formation of Contract and Governing Law
Once we confirm your order by email, a contract is formed between you and Fridja. This contract is governed by the laws of England, and both parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Delivery
We deliver to the UK, Scotland, Ireland, and selected European destinations. Delivery times and charges vary by location, with a typical dispatch goal of same-day processing for orders received before 1:00 pm GMT on working days. In rare cases, if a product is unavailable, we’ll offer a full refund. Free UK mainland shipping applies to any main products (e.g., clothes steamers, juicers) but excludes accessories.
Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 14 days for a full refund. Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging intact. Refunds do not include postage charges for sending the item to you.
Maintenance and Fair Use Policy
To keep your Fridja products in top shape and covered by warranty, regular maintenance is essential:
• Clothes Steamers: For home use, maintain once a month; in light commercial settings, once per week. Note: Steamers are for home and light commercial use (up to 2 hours daily). Exceeding this may void the warranty.
• Juicers/Blenders: Clean thoroughly after each use. Juicers are intended for up to 30 minutes of daily use in home settings.
All products come with a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover misuse or improper maintenance. Should we determine that a product has not been properly maintained, the warranty may be void, with collection and disposal fees potentially applied.
Free Gift Policy
Orders qualifying for a free gift, such as the fabric shaver, must meet the required minimum spend threshold of £200 after any discounts or promotions are applied.
If a return or refund is requested for items in the order and the total order value falls below £200:
The cost of the free gift (price at the time of purchase) will be deducted from the refund unless the free gift is returned in its original, unused condition.
• Free gifts must be returned with the rest of the order in the event of a full return to qualify for a full refund.
• The cost of the free gift is subject to change and is based on its retail value at the time of purchase.
Exclusive Deals and Bundle Policy
Exclusive deals and bundles are offered as a combined purchase at a discounted rate, and the pricing reflects the value of the complete package.
Partial Returns: If one or more items from a bundle or exclusive deal are returned, the remaining items will revert to their original full-price value, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Example: If the bundle discount saved £20 and an item from the bundle is returned, the £20 discount will be deducted from the refund.
Complete Returns:
Bundles or exclusive deals must be returned in their entirety to qualify for a full refund.
Free Gifts in Exclusive Deals (Bundles):
If an exclusive deal includes a free gift, the cost of the free gift at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund unless it is returned in its original, unused condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
