Peach, Cherry and Blackberry
PEACH, CHERRY AND BLACKBERRY
2 peaches, stoned & chopped
30 cherries, pitted
30 blackberries
30 cherries, pitted
30 blackberries

A rich, dark fruit juice that tastes of late summer.
Makes: about 2 small glasses (around 400ml). Prep: 15 minutes.
How to make it
- Cut the peaches in half and take out the stones.
- Pit the cherries. A cherry pitter saves a lot of time here.
- Wash the blackberries.
- Feed the cherries and blackberries in between the peach pieces.
- Stir and serve.
Tips and swaps
Always take the stones out before juicing, as they can damage the juicer. Nectarines work instead of peaches, and frozen cherries and blackberries are fine once thawed. Peach makes a thick juice, so add an apple if you'd like it thinner.
Which Fridja juicer to use
The f1900 Whole Fruit Juicer or the f2500 Self Feeding Whole Fruit Juicer.
Storing it
Best drunk fresh. It keeps in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir it before drinking.
