How it Works

1. Purchase the Service: Add this repair service to your basket and complete the checkout process.

2. Receive the Servicing Form: We’ll email you the form straight away after your purchase. Fill it out with your details.

3. Prepare Your Juicer: Ensure the juicer is fully clean along with all the parts. Include the completed form with your f2500 juicer, along with any faulty parts that need repair or replacement*. Only send the juicer base and relevant parts—do not include accessories such as jugs, cleaning brushes, or pusher tools.

4. Ship Your Juicer at your own cost: Send your package to our servicing centre (address provided on the form).

5. Receive Your Repaired Juicer: Repairs are completed within 10–14 working days of receipt.
